Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

ScrapaGoGo aims to keep postage and packing costs to a minium so therefore we have a set scale of charges according to your purchase.

Please note - Monthly SUBSCRIPTION Kits are p&p inclusive. Please note that Single Purchase kits will have p&p added at the point of sale.

'GoGo Grab It' department items are sent along with the 'GoGo Create' or 'GoGo Greetings' Kit with no extra p&p charge.

Orders under £10 p&p £1.50,
£10 to £25 - £2.50,
£25 to £50 - £3.50 with free p&p on orders over £50.00

Goods will be sent via Royal Mail.

If your order exceeds £28 it will be sent by means of Recorded Delivery which will require a signature upon delivery.

We aim to post your goods within 48 hours of receiving your order and payment (with the exception of GoGo Create, and GoGo Greetings which are sent 12th of the month).

In the unlikely event of any item being out of stock we will post your order straight away and post off the remainder asap with free p&p or refund payment if item is not expected back in stock.

At present we only accept orders from the UK. However we do ship our Monthly 'GoGo Create' and 'GoGo Greetings' Kits to various destinations overseas, please email for details of any extra charges involved.


RETURNS

We are happy to exchange or refund your order if returned to us within 10 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging. Returns are posted at your own expence. Sorry, but we are unable to exchange cardstock and paper unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that we cannot be held liable for goods you are returning to us that go missing in transit, therefore we recommend obtaining a receipt at the time of posting as proof of postage.

In the unlikely event of your goods being received faulty or damaged, please contact us for advice ASAP. We would suggest that if possible you take a few moments to photograph the package prior to opening, if it appears damaged from the the outside. Please note that any claims for missing or damaged goods must be made ASAP so please do get in touch with us straight away.

What happens in the unlikely event that kit doesnt arrive?

Your kit is sent to the address you enter either on the Kit Management Suite at the time of subscribing, or on your Client Account when registering or ordering on the store, and is posted by using Royal Mail, 2nd Class PPI. Delivery time within the UK should be between 3 and 5 working days after the date they are collected from our premises.

ScrapaGoGo is not liable for any service provided by Royal Mail or any other Courier Service. Similarly, ScrapaGoGo is not liable for any disruption or lack of service by Royal Mail or any other Courier Service.

If after 15 days, from the *expected* date of arrival (ie: at least 5 working days from date of collection) your parcel has still not arrived then we will be able to initiate procedures to recover the value of 'Lost or Missing' parcels. Once Royal Mail have received our Lost Parcel Notification, they will contact you and request you to sign a declaration stating that you have not received your goods. You return this form to Royal Mail and then they start their investigation process.

It is always possible that your kit may be at your local sorting office - please ring or visit them to check.

It is the responsibility of each member to email us in the office in the first instance to notify us of any missing kits, so that we can log and monitor all missing items. Please do not post on any Chat thread, on the Clubhouse or on UKS as these threads move very quickly and it is quite likely that your post may be inadvertently missed.

If we have no notifications of any missing or lost kits by the 1st of the following month, any spare kits are put up for sale - therefore it is imperative that you let us know of any missing items.

Is my kit replaced or do I get a refund?

We try to hold back a few kits each month in case any do not reach their destination and these would be sent out once the 15 days after the due date of delivery has passed. If however we do not have any spare kits, then a refund of your subscription for that month would be made in the same timeframe, by the same method in which you paid.

Important Note - Please DO NOT request that your Post Office Operative leave your kit outside or any other unsecure place. There is a chance that the contents could get damaged and/or the kit stolen. If you need to have a place to have your kit delivered to whilst at work we suggest the purchase of a Parcel Safe or request that your Post Office Operative makes sure they take it back to the Post Office and leave a card to let you know, this is the practice they should follow as detailed by Royal Mail. ScrapaGoGo can not be held liable for any damage or loss should any occur if these guidlines are not followed.

*Please note that if we receive a parcel that Royal Mail (or other international postal services) have returned to us that has not been 'claimed' or 'called for' ,for which we have notification of on the returned parcel, we are happy to resend at your own expense.
